Trade in Goods
Preferential tarrifs are customs duties imposed on the incoming goods from a FTA partner which is set at zero or at lower tariff than that imposed on other countries which are non-FTA partners. However, the elimination/reduction exercise on the custom duties shall not inclusive of the internal taxes such as Good and Sales Tax (GST) or exercise duties.
