Hearing is held before a Judge in Court (in Chamber or Open Court) to hear and may determine the application of the parties which is initiated by Summons (Saman), Summons in Chamber (Saman dalam Kamar) or Notice of Application (Notis Permohonan) and such facts are only disposed in Affidavits .

 

A hearing date is only arranged or fixed by Registrar (during Case Management) after the filing of all cause papers and submissions,

A Judge may give his/her decision during a Hearing or to fix another short date (usually 1-2 weeks) for a Decision.
